Ms. Paromita Mondal holds an M.Optometry from the prestigious Elite School of Optometry, Chennai, and completed her B.Optometry at NSHM Knowledge Campus, Durgapur. She then undertook her internship at the L V Prasad Eye Institute (LVPEI), Hyderabad campus, where she gained hands-on experience in comprehensive eye examination, clinical assessment, and patient care.

Her research interests include public health, binocular vision, and myopia, reflecting a commitment to improving visual outcomes both in the clinic and in the community. A dedicated research enthusiast, she is keenly interested in exploring new questions in these areas and in understanding how eye care can reach more people. She remains committed to contributing to the growing body of clinical evidence that shapes better patient care and the future of the profession.
